Yes. We bring our own professional-grade, battery-powered gardening equipment, so you don’t need to supply any equipment.
Yes, we can take garden waste away for a small additional charge, depending on how much there is to remove. Where possible, we prefer to use your green waste bin if you have one. We’ll discuss the arrangements and any additional cost before the work starts.
Yes. We offer both regular garden visits and one-off jobs. We’ll discuss what your garden needs and agree arrangements that suit you.
No, you don’t need to be at home, provided we have safe access to your back garden. Please let us know in advance if you won’t be there.
It depends on how heavy the rain is and the work planned. If the weather makes it unsafe to work, we’ll arrange another day with you.
Availability depends on our current work schedule. We’ll agree a day and time that suits us both.
Yes. We have public liability insurance covering up to £1 million.
Yes. We can supply plants and compost, with an additional charge for collecting them. Payment for the plants, compost and collection is required upfront, and we’ll agree the cost with you beforehand.
We prefer bank transfer and also accept cash. We don’t currently accept cheques, credit cards or debit cards.
Yes. After a tidy-up, we can arrange ongoing maintenance to help keep your garden in good shape.
Yes. We hold a City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in horticulture.
